Once it is received they will put in the order queue for the next day. The following day our shopper associates will fill your order and contact you with a pick up time. Easy as 1...2...3 HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER? Online We have created an online order form for both locations. This is not only the easiest way to submit an order but also the most efficient. There are no wait times due to phone lines being tied up and you get an instant email response once the order has successfully been submitted. Online orders can be for unlimited items!

Phone If you have a love for talking and don't mind a few minutes of wait time our staff would love to take your order over the phone. Phone orders are limited to 10 items or less. Phone orders will not be accepted on Saturday and Sunday.
Fax Should you prefer fax we can take your order that way too! Simply print the order form and fax it to the store you will be picking your groceries up from the next day. Fax orders are limited to 10 items or less.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY? All orders will be ready for pick up the next curbside business day after the order is placed. One of our associates will contact you to set up a pick up time once the order has been processed. Please review each stores curbside pick up information page for location specific details.
When you arrive to pick up your order park in front of the co-op and an associate will greet you. Please remain in your vehicle, for the safety of our staff and yourself.

Feather River Foods Cooperative is open Friday for curbside service.
WHAT ABOUT MY DISCOUNT? All applicable discounts will be applied during the payment process. If you are a member you are required to provide us with your member number at the time of ordering to utilize any Member-Owner benefits.
